SCOPE
The scope of services includes routine/preventive maintenance, corrective/breakdown maintenance of HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical plumbing, and Civil, maintenance services at Ooredoo Headquarters and retail facilities. This includes
- 3 Nos of Administrative Buildings Including HQ
- 3 Nos of Customer Care Buildings
- 23 Nos of Customer Care Outlets
- 17 Nos of Self-Service Machines
- 1 No of Warehouse
- Specialist services include Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Access Control, BMS, CRAC, UPS , AV, and PAVA
