KAHRAMAA has the privilege of being the sole transmission and distribution system owner and operator (TDSOO) for the electricity and water sector in Qatar.

KAHRAMAA has continued to successfully fulfill electricity and water growing demands and meet customer expectations, providing high quality and sustainable electricity and water for better living in Qatar.

Mannai Energy (Formerly recognized as Engie Cofely Mannai) was awarded the contract for Maintenance/Modification/ Replacement Contract for Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Services/Equipment at Kahramaa Buildings and Facilities State of Qatar (Zone 1,2,3,4,5,6,7&8). Mannai Energy provides all aspects of services associated with the management, operations and maintenance services on a 24/7/365 coverage.

SCOPE

The scope of services includes routine/preventive maintenance, corrective/breakdown Maintenance Services/works of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Services/Equipment including all associated Civil and Electrical works at all its Buildings and Facilities such as Workshops, Office Buildings, Control Centers, Warehouses, Substations, Standby Offices, Water Reservoirs, Water Pumping Stations, Water Tanker Filing stations, Well Fields etc., of/for KAHRAMAA, maintenance works of all equipment such as A/C, Ventilation fans, pumps, etc., & Refrigeration Equipment at all the KAHRAMAA Buildings and Facilities located all over State of Qatar
