Ras Laffan Olefins Company Ltd (RLOC) is a Qatari company, 53.31 percent-owned by Q-Chem II and 45.69 percent-owned by Qatofin Company Limited (Q.S.C.) (Qatofin) and Qatar Petroleum 1 percent. RLOC constructed a world-class 1.3 million MTA ethylene cracker unit, which was inaugurated in 2010. The cracker is operated by Q-Chem II on behalf of RLOC partners. Ethylene produced by RLOC is transported from Ras Laffan to Q-Chem II and Qatofin derivatives units in Mesaieed via a 135km pipeline. In Mesaieed, 700,000 MTA of ethylene is allocated to Q-Chem II and 600,000 MTA is allocated to Qatofin.

Mannai Energy was awarded the RLOC contract for HVAC maintenance services. Mannai Energy provides all aspects of services associated with the management, operations and maintenance services.

SCOPE

The scope of services includes cleaning, servicing, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance, modifications, procurement, recommendation and so on, for all HVAC and related systems installed in the plant at RLOC.
