The region’s top FM firms of 2024

ENGIE Solutions secures the 9th Spot in the 2024 FMME Power 50 List.

As the key driver behind one of the greatest success stories in the FM and Energy Services segments, Graham Easton, General Manager, and his team have taken ENGIE Solutions from a start-up company with just eight associates in 2010 to a leading regional service provider with now close to 4,500 staff in 2024. Furthermore, the company is operational in three GCC countries.

Easton continues its pace of growth in 2024 with a further increase of nearly 40% in turnover despite the challenging first half of the year. The results of digitalization, innovative asset management, and acquisition strategies are now being reaped by Easton and his team, who are providing bespoke facility management and energy efficiency services, saving millions of dollars in clients’ operation and energy costs.

ENGIE’s key strategic drivers  are emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to spur growth, true partnership, and, most importantly, advice from a risk-based asset management perspective. Not surprisingly, high-complex projects, such as data centers, power plants, and hospitals, to name a few, are rapidly being added to the portfolio, amongst the many other bespoke energy efficiency retrofit projects carried out by ENGIE Solutions throughout the year, Easton reveals.

Easton says: “The biggest opportunity for growth over the next 12 months would be to continue to extend our reach into the industrial, aviation, infrastructure, energy and transport sectors. We view these sectors as significant growth areas in the region, and in anticipation of this, we have developed and launched a dedicated team to drive these focus areas in our business model.”
