Smart O&M is a cloud-based platform that uses data from connected assets to support an industrialized operating model and new smart solutions offerings, including asset-based, condition-based and ‘as-a-service’ models. The platform utilizes Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) and AI-driven Predictive Maintenance algorithms and service management modules. By harnessing technology and data-driven business models, we enable our customers to transition from traditional cost management approaches to tangible improvements in business productivity. This transformation brings about environmental and operational efficiencies, enhances service quality, and reduces costs.

O&M savings are achieved by deploying condition-based maintenance of assets and will allow us to optimize the maintenance hours and manpower accordingly. ENGIE Solutions offers a guaranteed contract cost reduction upfront as part of the proposal. Energy savings between 5-15% are achieved using asset analytics and energy capabilities, which are used to identify and achieve operational energy efficiency savings.

With the Smart O&M platform, ENGIE Solutions commits to reducing the customer’s annual supply cost by an agreed amount against a reference year supply cost, (defined as their Cost Baseline), over an agreed period, (defined as the Guaranteed Term).
